About Project:
DreamLabs Nigeria Limited developed and delivered to the Gombe state government Primary Healthcare Community Development Agency and PACT, fully-integrated Human Resource management system(HRMS) with a biometric attendance solution, and an e-payment solution.
The HRMS, cloud-based web platform designed with numerous features built, configured and/or integrated to reduce absenteeism rates, track and manage the distribution of health workers based on client loads, identify individual and percenter capacity needs and improves off performances.
The application was built to be scalable and modular such that more health facilities and new features can be added to the platform easily and at the lowest cost possible while The e-payment solution would handle the payment collection, tracking, management and reconciliation processes. It would also cover the generation of payment-related documentation such as invoices and receipts.
